Founded in 1978 by Carlo Ascari, ABL began by manufacturing fruit processing machines and systems for the local canning industry.  With a focus on innovation and the founder's ability to predict market trends, ABL expanded its reach in just a few years, ABL is proud to partner with clients around the world and continues to design solutions that improve processing time, yield and precision.

In 2019, the ABL team formally joined the Gulftech family of companies,  positioning ABL alongside the world’s most recognized leaders in the engineering, manufacture, lease, sale, and service of industrial equipment and components.
